Account Management
The Authorizing Official (AO) listed in HRSA OPAIS initiates the onboarding process. The AO can then assign a Primary Administrator (PA) to manage the account and complete onboarding.
The Authorizing Official listed in HRSA OPAIS should begin the registration process. Once registered, the AO can assign a Primary Administrator and add additional users as needed. See the full getting started guide here.
You will need to set up an account for each covered entity. Once established, you can switch between accounts using the account selector in the upper-left corner of Truzo.

You do not need to create a new account. However, you must make the pharmacy designations required by the new manufacturer. In Pharmacy Designations, select the manufacturer, review its 340B policy and requirements, confirm your pharmacy information and identifiers, and complete the required designations.
Updates and announcements are available on the Truzo homepage and in the Notification Center.
You can manage pharmacy identifiers, including NPI and HIN information, under Covered Entity Management. For information you cannot update yourself, contact the Truzo covered entity support team at truzo-support@modeln.com.
